The EARS Talent Showcase Competition

 E.A.R.S. which stands for Emerging Artists Reaching for Stardom, is one of the music industries most respected events, designed to provide talented urban artist with career launching opportunities by focusing the attention of the music industry community, press and the general public towards the top unsigned talents in the United States.  The E.A.R.S. staff is dedicated to bridging the gap between the music industry community and talented emerging artists so they get the recognition, exposure and education they deserve to build successful careers in music.
