Concerned with the high and rapidly increasing drop-out rate in New York City, EARS has teamed up with New York's #1 radio station Hot 97.1 FM to bring celebrities and athletes to city schools for a SURPRISE!! visit to discuss the importance of remaining in school, importance of making smart choices, pursuing higher education and following their dreams.  The campaign which launched in April 2004 has been a tremendous success.  Fat Joe Atlantic Records artist, Roc-a-fella Records recording artist Rell, Def Jam recording artist Juelz Santana, Kanye West, Papoose and SRC  recording artist Remy Martin have all participated in the program just to name a few.

EARS also offers the  Stay In School Music Program is a 2 - 5 day in classroom curriculum designed to introduce students to the many career options available in the music and entertainment industry.  We provide comprehensive lesson plans, a challenging curriculum and guess speakers to reinforce our message of staying in school, pursuing higher education and considering careers in the music and entertainment fields.
